Viewing workforce data in the Allied Health Calendar
See how work is displayed for a resource within the Allied Health Calendar

Each resource on the Allied Health Calendar will be assigned a representative primary colour. The events (jobs, shifts, activities) of this resource will be drawn using that primary colour with an adjusted styling and bordering to differentiate.

The default primary colour for the logged in user will be Cloud Blue.

Note: The default primary colour for the logged in user or for other resources will be defaulted by the system at this point.

Event Cards and Event Hovers

For Jobs, by default the below information is displayed:

  • On job’s card:
    • Job Name
    • Start Time
    • Type (Single Booking or Group Event)
    • Job Status
  • On job’s hover:
    • Job Name
    • Start Time
    • End Time
    • Job Status
    • Client Name (for Single Booking) or Attendee Names (for Group Event)
    • Allocated Resources

For Shifts, by default the below information is displayed:

  • On shift’s card:
    • Shift Name
    • Start Time
  • On shift’s hover:
    • Shift Name
    • Start Time
    • End Time
