Schedule job screen - Job details

The Job Details section is for capturing key information about the job. Field elements can be configured by your Salesforce system administrator in custom settings. Standard form elements are shown and described below.

Form ElementDescription
Start DateDate when the job is expected to start.
Start TimeTime when the job is expected to start.
DurationExpected duration of the job.
End DateDate when the job is expected to end
End TimeTime when the job is expected to end
UrgencyUrgency of the job.
DescriptionDescription of the job to be carried out, including any additional information the worker needs to know.
RegionRegion the job falls within, as pre-configured for your organisation.
AddressThe address of the job, this defaults to the client’s address but is updated when an account or Skedulo location is selected.
Address TypeThe type of address of the job:
Location: Address for a pre-configured location. If selected a field is displayed to choose the location.
Account: Address from the client’s account record. If selected a field is displayed to choose the client’s account.
Client: Defaults to the client’s address.
ClientSelect the Client (if being created from a Resource centric console)
Make Job RecurringCheckbox that when ticked, opens a Pattern Builder / Calendar, where recurring job details are added.

Extra fields for HCP customers

Billable / Non BillableField to confirm if the job is billable or non-billable. When set to Non-billable, the Service Details section closes, and no service delivered record is sent to Lumary.
Travel AreaDefines travel zone: Metro, Regional, Remote, or Very Remote.
