Schedule job screen - Additional fields
The additional fields section is found inside the schedule job screen when creating jobs.
The Additional Fields section is for custom fields set up to collect additional information as per your organisation’s needs. Additional fields can be added by your system administrator by creating new fields against Skedulo objects.
The additional fields section is used by 3rd party award interpretation solutions, to capture additional information relating to paying workers. Please refer to award interpretation user guides to learn more.
Some example additional field elements are shown and described below.

Note: These are examples and further fields may apply for your organisation.
Form Element | Description |
---|---|
Client Contribution | A number value can be added to reflect the client’s contribution to the job cost (in dollars). |
Mealbreak | Picklist to reflect if the job includes a meal break (i.e. Paid or Unpaid). |
Service Setting | Picklist to reflect where the job will be done (e.g. Client residence, Community Venue, Healthcare facility, Telephone, etc). |
Sleepover? | Checkbox, when ticked, reflects that the job involves sleeping overnight.Note: The inactive sleepover component reduces scheduled hours for a resource by the configured sleepover value. For example, if the total duration of a job is 12 hours and it includes a sleepover period of 8 hours, only 4 hours will be applied to the resource’s scheduled hours. |
