Roster Management console custom settings
Collection of custom settings that are used to configure the Roster Management Console

The Roster Management Console can be configured to support the following:

  • For HCP customers navigate to Setup > Custom Settings
  • For ACD customers Navigate to Setup > Custom Metadata Types > HC_Console_Settings

Custom settings

  • Display and creation of shifts is controlled via Custom Setting Skedulo Configs, RM_Allow_Manage_Shift.
  • The start (RM_Schedule_Start) and end time (RM_Schedule_End) on the console display.
  • The hover fields on the info icon displayed on a job. (RM_JOB_HOVER_FIELDS)
  • The colour coding of jobs according to their status. (RM_JobStatusColors_)
  • Disable jobs from being dragged from one time to another. (RM_Allow_Manual_Reschedule)
  • Disable the right-click functions to manage resources, manage clients and complete jobs (RM_Allow_To_Complete_Job)
  • RM_Allow_To_Complete_Job
    • By default, only future and underway jobs are shown in the Roster Management Console. Administrators can include completed jobs by updating this custom setting in Salesforce.
    • Set this custom setting value to True if you want completed jobs to display on the console.

All settings are found in the Skedulo Configs with the Name starting with RM
