The Roster Management Console includes the option to print a roster of jobs for a location, resource, or client. The Print Roster function is available when the view is set to Job, and filtered by location, and/or a resource, or client. 

The roster printout lists jobs, resources and clients for the time period. You can include activities and description, and then choose to print or download the roster as a PDF file. 

To print a roster from the Roster Management Console:

1. Filter the view by Location, and/or Client, or Resource. 

2. Set the View filter to Job, and select the calendar time frame or pay period.
3. Click Print Roster. A Roster Description modal displays.
4. Add a Description, tick Include Activities if needed, and click Print.
5. A print preview displays, from which you can print or download a PDF to save.

Note: There is a setting to show Client Alerts on the Roster - Custom Setting: Skedulo Configs:Show_Client_Alert

Print Compact Roster

The Roster Management Console includes the option to print a compact roster that provides a summary of jobs or shifts for a location. 

The Print Compact Roster function is available when the view is set to Job or shift, and filtered by location. 

The roster printout provides a summary of the location’s jobs/shifts, resources allocated, and start and finish times. You can include a description, and then choose to print or download the roster as a PDF file.

To print a compact roster from the Roster Management Console:

1. Filter the view by Location, and/or Client, or Resource. 

2. Set the View filter to Job or Shift, and select calendar time frame or pay period.
3. Click Print Compact Roster. A Roster Description modal displays.
4. Add a Description, and click Print.
5. A print preview displays, from which you can print or download a PDF to save.
