Overview of single bookings

Single booking jobs, which involve scheduling work for one client, can be initiated from several different consoles and screens within the Skedulo platform. This flexibility allows schedulers to create jobs directly from contexts like the Scheduling Console, Resource Roster Console, Resource Calendar, Client Availability Console, or Roster Management Console, depending on their workflow.

Regardless of where you start the process, creating the job specifics typically involves using the Schedule Job modal (or screen). This is where you define essential details such as:

  • Job dates and times
  • Client information
  • Required services or tasks
  • Any recurring schedule patterns
  • Resource requirements

Note: While the fundamental process of creating a single booking job using the Schedule Job modal is similar across different Skedulo healthcare solutions, specific fields, checks (like service agreement or availability checks), and options might vary slightly depending on the configuration for your specific solution (e.g., Skedulo + Lumary or Skedulo Aged Care and Disability).

For detailed, step-by-step instructions tailored to each solution, please refer to the following guides:

These guides will provide comprehensive details on navigating the Schedule Job screen and completing all necessary fields for each specific healthcare solution.
