Adding an Activity
The Add Activity option opens the Create Activity modal.
In order for Activity types to be available in the console, each type needs to be set up in the Skedulo Shift Type Setting where the Shift Type = “activity”
In order for these to be shown on the console, these need to be created as ‘Payable Activities’.
- Ensure that Skedulo RAC Setting: skedhealthcare__Enable_Activity__c = true
- If you have a small number of Payable Activities use the Skedulo Configs: Payable_Activity_Types setting (this supports up to 255 characters)
- If there are a large number of Payable Activities
- Skedulo Configs: Enable_Payable_Activity_Value_Set = true
- A value for each Payable activity needs to be set in the Skedulo Healthcare Value Set with the type Payable_Activity_Types

Additional Fields is a method for configuring the collection of additional information for the Activity for your business.
Note: Additional fields can only be added by a Salesforce system administrator.
The Repeat function enables a recurring pattern of availability to be created on a weekly or fortnightly pattern. This pattern can be repeatable, and any global holidays can be skipped.

The All Day function will make the record a 24-hour activity for the date selected.

Viewing an Activity
Hover over the activity record to display a summary of the activity.

Updating an Activity
Right-click an existing activity record to display activity record options.

The activity options in the roster resource console:
- Edit activity – Select to edit an activity’s details.
- Delete activity – Select to delete the activity.
- Cancel – Select to cancel the display of the options.
When deleting an activity, the Delete Activity? modal is displayed to confirm that the activity record is to be deleted.
Note: Once deleted, the activity record cannot be retrieved.
