Key Configurations

The following are key settings that need to be managed as part of the timesheeting process.

• Skedulo Configs  (Timesheet in Name)
  • Timesheet_Roster_Start_Date
  • Timesheet_Roster_Period
  • Timesheet_Start_Time
  • Timesheet_End_Time
  • Timesheet_Enable_Shift = true

• The colour pallet that displays on the Skedulo mobile app for jobs, shifts, activity, and availability is the same as the Timesheet Console.
• Exceptions
  • There are standard exceptions within the package such as a Tolerance between Actual and Scheduled times ( Custom Setting / Healthcare Settings/Timesheet Tolerance Time (Mins)) and if Jobs overlap one another, conflict with an activity or are scheduled when the resource is not available
  • Custom exceptions can also be created – refer to Additional Fields for details

Timesheet Custom Fields

Custom fields that have been created on the Job Allocation or Resource Shift objects can be viewed on the job or shift modal in the Additional Fields section.

Please contact your system administrator to set up these fields.
