For Skedulo customers who use the Timesheet Console, there is the ability to audit a resource’s travel data prior to approval of the resource’s timesheet and creation of Lumary service delivered records.

1. From the Skedulo Salesforce, Timesheet Console, open the job to audit.
2. Click on the Travel and Transport tab to view the information for the related resource.
3. Review/edit the details as required, and click Save if changes have been made.

How to audit Transport Vehicles Outcomes 

For Skedulo customers who use the Timesheet Console, there is the ability to audit the Transport Vehicle outcomes recorded by each resource prior to approval of the resource’s timesheet and creation of the Lumary service delivered records

Note: Transport Vehicle outcomes only applies to Travel With Participant(s).

1. From the Skedulo Salesforce, Timesheet Console, open the job to audit.
2. Click on the Travel and Transport tab to view the Transport Vehicle information for the related resource.
3. Review / edit the details as required, and click Save if changes have been made.
