Delete a Client Availability
Delete clients ad-hoc or recurring availability records in the client availability console

This can be done in the Client Availability Console – All Clients view or the Individual Client view. Locate the record to delete.

  1. Right-click on the availability record, and select Delete Availability.

The Delete Client Availability confirmation modal displays.

  1. Tick the Delete Recurring option if the availability is part of a recurring schedule.

Select which events to delete:

  • Same Weekday (e.g. Friday) – Will delete all availability records for the same day in the recurring schedule.
  • Following Events – Will delete all future availability records after the current day in the recurring schedule.
  • All Events – Will delete all records in the recurring schedule, including records prior to the dates selected to edit.

Click Yes to confirm record deletion.
