Some businesses require an ability to have an organisation-wide setting to control the calendar start and end times, primarily to align with the business open hours.

The below settings help the admin pre-determine the calendar start and end times for everyone. When populated, the Select hours to display fields on the Calendar Settings will be fixed to those values and non-editable.

The settings can be left blank to let users/therapists continue controlling this themselves.

• Go to Setup, then Custom Metadata Types
• Open HC_Allied_Health_Calendar_Settings
• Find and edit the long value of Calendar_Start_Time and Calendar_End_Time (there are no default values)
