Custom Settings to Configure the Scheduling Console
Explore various custom settings used to configure the scheduling console
There are a number of Custom Settings used to manage the console.
For HCP customers these can be found in the Set Up < Custom Settings < Skedulo Healthcare Scheduling Settings.
For ACD customers, these can be found in the Set Up < Custom Metadata Types < HC_Console_Settings.

| Activity_Cost_Field | Determine the field that represents the cost of Activity. |
| Allow_Show_Missing_Tag | Allow showing missing tags in the hover function, set to true or false |
| Availability_Cost_Field | Determine the field that represents the cost of the paid unavailability |
| Default_Roster_Period | Define the default view. Set to one of the following values: Week, Fortnight or Month |
| Display_Transport_With_Participants | Allows the provider org to configure when the Transport with Participants section is displayed in the Complete Job popup. Set to one of the following values: true or false |
| Display_Travel_From_Appointment | Allows the provider org to configure when the Travel From Appointment section is displayed in the Complete Job popup. Set to one of the following values: true or false |
| Display_Travel_To_Appointment | Allows the provider org to configure when the Travel To Appointment section is displayed in the Complete Job popup. Set to one of the following values: true or false |
| Enable_Base_Template_Approval_Process | Enable Approval Process when creating a new Base Template. Set to one of the following values: true or false. Only Base Templates with an approved status will be available. |

| Enable_Scheduling_Console | Enable to use Scheduling console – resource set to true to enable or false to disable |
| Enable_To_Use_Location_Associations | Enable to use location association object when querying events, set to true to enable or false to disable |
| Exception_Level | Exception Reason will be shown based on the level. Set to one of the following values: resource (job allocation/resource shift) or event (job/shift) |
