Custom settings to configure the Job Model
Configuration options to tailor the schedule job screen

The following custom settings can be used to configure the job model.

  • For HCP customers, Navigate to Setup > Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs
  • For ACD customers, Navigate to Setup > Custom Metadata Types > HC_Job_Scheduling_Settings

Default_Job_Start_TimeSets default start time when scheduling a job, from any console (e.g. Value: 1300).
Default_Job_Duration_UnitSets default duration unit to Minute or Hour in Job Booking page (Job modal).
Enable_End_Date_TimeEnables select boxes for End Date and End Time in job modal
Allow_Select_Billable_JobIf set to True a Billable/Non-billable field will be available for selection when creating a Job.  If Non Billable a service delivered record will not be created. Also see Require_Job_Billing_Info
Auto_Set_Single_Job_DescriptionSet to true to automatically set the default single job description to Client Name (HCP only)
Require_Job_Billing_InfoSetting to control the need of billing information when creating a job in the job booking console. Possible values: 1) true: always require service item data regardless of Billable Type 2) false: only require service item data if Billable Type is Billable
Show_Unavailable_ResourceShow Unavailable Resources Tab in the Allocation model – note this is dependant on the customer’s AI
Display_Allocation_On_TabSchedulers have the option to manage Job Details (Job Details, Additional Fields, Service Details) and Job Allocation (Resourcing) in two separate tabs.
False: Job Details and Job Allocation on a single screen/modal (current state and default)
True: Job Details and Job Allocation on separate screens/tabs (new interface)
Allow_Past_Job_Creation_On_BookingAllow Jobs to be created in the Past (required for Base Templates)
Services_Time_Of_Day_Check+Set to ‘None’ for no Check
+Set to ‘Warning’ for a warning to appear, this will allow the user to still create the Job
+Set to ‘Restrict’ to prevent the user from creating the Job
Note: You will need to add ‘Time of Day’ field to the Services Object Page Layout, and the customer will need to insert a value for each service in order for this to work

The first value after each time of day value specifies which time the Service Agreement Item needs to start on or after.
The second value after each time of day specifies which time the Service Agreement Items needs to finish on or before.
The third item you see listed against the Sleepover line only, relates to how many hours a Sleepover inactive period should be scheduled for
Check_Balance_And_Service_DateEnable/disable balance and service agreement date check for client services when creating Single/Group Event job: Possible values: true false
