Create Ad-hoc availability in the Allied Health Calendar
See how resources can create and manage ad-hoc availability within their own schedule
  • To create an ad-hoc (un)availability, click and drag on the calendar to indicate start time and duration, a popup will appear, then select Add Availability.

  • A Create Availability modal will open:
    • Start Date Time and End Date Time will be pre-populated based on how the users were dragging and indicating on the calendar.
  • Complete other fields to save the record.
Note: For ad-hoc Availability, only “create” functionality is available at this stage, “manage” functionalities (including edit and delete) is being planned for General Availability release.
