You can use the travel and transport form – ‘Travel with Participants’ section to record the details when you transport clients during an appointment, including time, distance, costs, and vehicle information

Steps to Record Travel with Participant Details:

2. While actively working on a job, open the Travel and Transport form.
3. Navigate to the section labelled Travel With Participants.
4. Fill out the fields for the actual transport provided:
   • Enter the total duration of transport with the client(s) in minutes.
   • Enter the total distance travelled while transporting the client(s) in kilometres.
   • Enter any additional costs incurred during transport (like parking or tolls) in dollars.
5. If the same vehicle was used to transport all participants, If the same vehicle was used to transport all participants, select No for the field Have all the attendees been transported using the same vehicle.
6. Save the form.

Steps to Record Travel with Participant using seperate vehicles:

1. Follow the exact same steps above.
2. Select Yes for the field Have all the attendees been transported using the same vehicle.
3. Click the button Assign vehicles to participants.
4. Click on each participants name and choose the vehicle used.
5. Repeat the process for all participants.
6. Save the form.

If the job is a group event, the values captured when travelling to the appointment can be split evenly across the attendees on a group event, using the Travel & Transport Apportionment for Group Events feature.
