Our healthcare solutions can help with auto creating job tags when creating a job, by taking tags assigned against a location and auto populating them as job tags when a new job is created related to a specific location record.

Tags can be added to a location. When a job or group event is created and linked to a location that has a tag, then this tag will automatically be assigned to the job as a mandatory job tag.

Note: If location tags are not visible in the location page layout, an admin can add the related list using Salesforce page layouts.
