Add case notes to jobs in the resource calendar
Add case notes against completed jobs inside your own schedule as a resource
When viewing jobs in the Resource calendar or Allied health calendar, a case note can be added to a single booking or group booking by clicking on the job and choosing the ‘Add Case Note’ button.

Adding a case note
- Add Case Note – Select to add a Case Note that ties to Client(s) and Job ID.
- If on a Group Event, select the Attendee

- A new browser is displayed with a New Case Note popup.

- Select a Record type.
- Select “Next” to navigate to the next step.
- The default Case Note form will display the fields. Job ID and Client can be pre-populated.
- Input all required fields and select “Save”. The case note is successfully saved and associated with the correct Client and the Job.
- Select “Save and New” if you have multiple case notes to add.
- Select “Cancel” to close the popup and return the Home page.
