Certain funding arrangements allow different rates to be applied during transportation of clients when either a non-modified vehicle or a modified vehicle / bus is used. This information can be captured for one or multiple clients.
Note: This information is only collected for the Transport With Participant(s) section. It does not apply to Travel To Appointment or Travel From Appointment.

The default option for vehicle transport is No. This means that the client was not transported during the appointment or group event. No further action is required by the resource (e.g. Support Worker). If Yes is selected. This means that the client was transported during the work, and further options are presented.
For Group Events, these questions are asked for each individual attendee for the group event, allowing for scenarios where some clients were transported and others were not.
From within the Travel and Transport mobile form, tap the Transport With Participant(s) section and update as per the form questions that follow:
- Did you transport the participant during the appointment?
- If the response is No, no further action is required.
- If the response is Yes, complete the following details.
- Select vehicle used to transport the participant:
- Non-Modified Vehicle
- Modified Vehicle
- Bus
- Provide details of vehicle used to transport the participant – Record details about the vehicle used.
