Creating group bookings in the Allied Health Calendar
Create services for multiple clients within a resources own scheduling view

To create a Group Event job, also click and drag on the calendar to indicate start time and duration, a popup will appear, then select Add Group Job.

  • Select Group Event modal will open, type to search then select a group event template.
  • Group event templates with status Cancelled will be automatically filtered out by default. All other records can be found here.

  • Group Event – Schedule Job modal will open (the same as the Group Event – Schedule Job modal opened on other consoles):
    • Start Date Time and Duration or End Date Time will be pre populated based on how the users were dragging and indicating on the calendar.
    • Allocated Resource will be defaulted to the logged in user.
    • Some of the data points will be pre-populated from the group event template such as Clients, Address, Pickup, Drop-off
