Filtering multiple resources schedules in the Allied Health Calendar
Filter and show multiple resources schedules within a single calendar view
In the Allied Health Calendar, multiple resources schedules can be displayed. In order to start joining the calendars of other resources, on the top right of the console, click on Show Other Calendars button, then select:
- Region – the values are used to filter down the resources who have matching Primary or Secondary Region, multiple values can be selected.
- Resource Category – the values are used to filter down the resources who have matching Category, multiple values can be selected.
- Employment Type – the values are used to filter down the resources who have matching Employment Type, multiple values can be selected.
- Resource – select any resources to overlay their calendars on the calendar of the logged in user.

Saved Filters
- A saved filter function is available which supports below filters:
- Work Type
- Job Status
- Calendar Settings:
- Days to display
- Time scale
- Hours to display from
- Hours to display to
- Show Other Calendars:
- Region
- Resource Category
- Employment Type
- Resources
- The saved filter is auto populated as soon as users access the console.
- A button Populate Saved Filters will be made available whenever users need to quickly populate the saved filters again.
- A button Clear Saved Filters will also be available to erase any saved filters in case users want to revert back to the default.
