Find a Client with a Service Agreement Item
List all jobs that are linked to a clients service agreement line item
This article guides how to use the search filters, to find a client and their open jobs linked to a service agreement item.
The Service Agreement Management console opens with search fields at the top of the page, so that you can specify the records to display. As you enter details more fields will display, so that you can refine the search criteria.
- In the Client search field, start typing their first or last name, and select the matching record.
- Select a Service Agreement Date and Service Agreement.
- Select a Category and Service Agreement Item
- Select a Start date and End date, then click Search
The search results display all open jobs related to the service agreement item.
Note: Completed or cancelled jobs do not display.
