The schedule job screen - Resourcing requirements
The resourcing requirements section is found inside the schedule job screen when creating jobs.
The resourcing requirements section reflects requirements for the job. This helps match appropriate resources when allocating the job.

Form Element | Description |
---|---|
Tags | Tags reflect requirements of the job and help match appropriate resources (e.g. qualifications, skill capability). Client tags (i.e. client’s requirements), Location Tags and Job Template tags are automatically assigned. You can add and remove tags as per the job requirements. Click on Search Tags to view a list of available tags to select.Click on a tag item to add it to the job.Click on an added tag item (X) to remove it.If you wish to limit the resources that can remove tags there is a custom setting < |
Required Resources | Defines the worker resources required for the job. |
Assets | Defines the physical assets required (e.g. bus, car, equipment). |
Note: The job can also be viewed within the Skedulo web app, via Go to Job Detail Page. The job created in Salesforce can be viewed by searching for the job id. The skill tags for the client will be assigned to the skill tags of the job. And a calendar event is created within Salesforce after the job is allocated and dispatched.
