Showing/Hiding The Sections

The main form of Travel and Transport consists of three sections:

1. Travel to Appointment
2. Travel with Participant
3. Travel from Appointment

The sections can be shown or hidden per environment, using the settings below to control the sections visibility. Travel to the appointment and from the appointment can be shown dynamically based on the resources schedule. If you only require travel data for their first appointment for the day and travelling home from their last appointment for the day, you can define these logic using the settings below.

Access settings for the AU Healthcare Package

1. While in Salesforce click the cog in the top right corner and click the Setup option
2. In the quick find, search for and select ‘Custom Settings‘
3. Search for ‘Travel Transport Form Settings‘ in the list
4. Click the ‘Manage‘ button
5. Click the ‘Edit’ button for each setting to make adjustments.

Access settings for the Age Care & Disability Package

1. While in Salesforce click the cog in the top right corner and click the Setup option
2. In the quick find, search for and select ‘Custom Metadata Types‘
3. Search for ‘Travel Transport Form Settings‘ in the list
4. Click the ‘Manage‘ button
5. Click the ‘Edit’ button for each setting to make adjustments.

Field Requirement Configurations

It is possible to configure certain fields on the Travel and Transport mobile form to conform to your business processes.

Configuration fields include:

• setting a field as editable or read-only,
• setting fields as visible or hidden,
• setting a field as mandatory,
• setting a default value.
